Monday: Work 7am-3pm, off season conditioning 3:30-5pm
Tuesday: Work 7am-1pm, Meeting 3-4pm, Caps game 7-10pm
Wed: Work 7am-2pm, gym 2-3pm, work 4pm-1:30am
Thurs: Work 10am-3pm, House of Speed Training 5-6:30pm
Fri: Work 7am-3pm, off season conditioning (pt) 3-5pm, Soccer Game 8:45pm
Sat: Work 3pm-1am
Sunday: Work 1pm-8pm, Soccer Game 8:30
